Keystone Traffic Outfit

MFR:  Keystone Manufacturing Co.

Notes, Commentary:
This early century style light came in part of a toy set called a Keystone Traffic Outfit.  It had several items other than this traffic light, a penny-operated parking meter, a gas pump that really pumps water, and a 30's style car that has an opening hood which you can fill with "gas" then drain the "oil".

The light takes a "standard pencil type battery" which is assumed to be an AA.  Because of the age and warpage, the light was not disassembled to install a battery, and possibly could not be without damaging it.  Once a battery was installed it woudl light up.  After installing the cylinder seen next to the light it would be hand-turnable to change what light is being shown.  The pattern it displays is Green, Red-Yellow, Red, Red-Yellow, Green.
