Notes, Commentary, Restoration:
These signals have always been one of the, well, more interesting brands.  This model specifically, made without reflectors and a cheap plastic insert to hold the bulbs in place.  Heat from the bulbs would age and eventually crack the reflectors. If not caught, catastrophic oxidation of the signals has been known to occur.  This specimen, like many, has aluminum sheet inserted into the signal to provide a more rigid mounting scheme.

This signal arrived with the noted reflector mod already in place.  It was in excellent condition, apart from having the paint lose it's luster the original manufacturers plate and decals were still firmly affixed.  No restoration was done, and new bulbs were installed.  The standard-issue 60v orange bulbs were not available, so they were replaced with red 120v units.  Likewise while a white bulb could have been used for the Walk indication a Green bulb was used to backdate it to the earlier walk style.
